Southern Compass Title Co. partnered with BBR Creative to create their brand identity from scratch. So Co is a title company based in Lafayette, LA. They brought to us a unique brand characteristic of wanting to be welcoming and celebratory. They allow people to start a new life in their now home and want to showcase the joy of that. The simple typography is married with an outline similar to that of a house's floor plan.
In addition to this brand, I created a sizzle reel with photography that acted as an announcement of this new company. It also reveals the brand's tagline "Sign. Seal. Celebrate!". The patterns used in this video resemble textures associated with homes: wallpaper, flooring, etc.
